Pictures Of Nigerians Lining-up To Buy Fuel For Their Generators

A splendormag reader sent in these pics of a fuel filling station in his area around Ketu Alapere, Lagos. Those are a huge crowd of people queuing with small gallons and Jerry cans to buy fuel for their generating set. According to him, this is a common sight at most filling stations around the area. He said they haven't had light for the past five days(and Splendormag office too has been using our generator for more than a week now).

Isn't it a big shame that a country like Nigeria, the giant of Africa which is blessed with almost all the natural resources has found herself in this situation? Every home in Nigeria now runs on generator for almost 24hours everyday, yet our government is busy making laws they have no business in making! Yet some people are still insisting we vote PDP next year. Not me!
